A careful selection of wines such as Negroamaro, Primitivo, Fiano and Rosato di Negroamaro, the result of excellent work and absolute devotion to their land and traditions.
They are young and dynamic wines characterized by excellent acidity and freshness that also boast a good body and fantastic balance. The Salento PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) origin mark, which represents them, as well as testifying to the quality, certifies the geographical area to which it belongs and disciplines strict production rules. The wines follow a careful vinification process starting from the soft pressing and then moving on to alcoholic fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for hours or days depending on the type, which is spontaneously followed by malolactic fermentation, then continues their aging in steel and then in the bottle before being placed on the world market.
